I want to love this game and I especially love the Billy Hatcher and Nights vibes it gives me, but I'm a bit skeptical because of the pretty bad demo and questionable user reviewsĮdit: Also supposedly the devs took feedback from the demo and improved on a lot of things since? I guess the game plays better and moves faster now? It's all a very interesting case and there's also been no recorded critic reviews yet.

Granted, I downloaded a beefy update before I could. Im two worlds deep into the game and thus far Im genuinely baffled at the level of bile and negativity Id seen spewed at this game. So now I'm just wondering what is up with this game? Apparently even though there is one button, the level design supposedly gets more fun and interesting as you play. Hmm nearly all of these reviews consist of people with Asian names with pretty bad English. User reviews sit between 8.3 to 9.6 between platforms and a lot of these "10" reviews seem pretty fake. User reviews on Metacritic are.unreliable? It's either a 10 or a 0 for almost all the reviews on all platforms. Then the game is fully released and I saw a few reviews on YouTube and through written reviews where they actually praised the game and said they enjoyed it overall. A ton of people said the game was terrible. Then the demo came out and everyone hated it. It looked like a lot of fun and I was really anticipating it.
